SAVE THE DATE – CPH AGM 12 JULY 2021

The CPH AGM will be held virtually via zoom on Monday 12 July 2021 commencing at 7.30pm. We have confirmed guest speakers: Jim McManus, Director of Public Health, Hertfordshire County Council and Dr Jane Halpin, Joint Chief Executive Officer, Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) and CCGs. Full details including an agenda and booking details for the AGM will be sent out in due course.

CPH would also like to celebrate the extraordinary support that community pharmacies have provided their communities in the last year by giving out local awards at the AGM. Nominations are now open in the following three categories:

  • Community Pharmacy Team: To be awarded to the community pharmacy team which has excelled in every aspect of their pharmacy. NOMINATION APPLICATION
  • Patient Care Hero: To be awarded to community pharmacist or community pharmacy staff member who went above and beyond to support their local community. NOMINATION APPLICATION
  • PCN Lead: To be awarded to the Community Pharmacy PCN lead that has shown the most innovative and collaborative approach to working within their PCN and with their community pharmacy colleagues. NOMINATION APPLICATION

You can self nominate or a colleague can nominate you.

In order to submit your nomination please complete the electronic survey link next to each of the above awards by Friday 18 June 2021.

The awards will be announced as part of our AGM and the winner of the award will receive a certificate, an award and a £25 gift voucher. There will be judges from the CPH office, PSNC and Herts Valleys CCG.
