Pharmacy Complete are running two free-to-access webinars sponsored by BD Rowa. They are aimed at owners and managers of pharmacies who are looking to take control of their own future by developing their own business plan and embracing technology. This interactive event aims to give attendees an overview of the critical elements required to create a business plan so they can understand:
- The imperative to change
- How to approach business planning
- Where you are now and where you want to be
- How to take back control and be agile
- The leadership required to implement your plan successfully
- The importance of promoting what you do
We will be running the event twice so an individual should register for the date that works best for them:
- Tuesday June 29, 7:30-09:00pm
- Wednesday July 7, 7:30-09:00pm
On registration they will receive their personal login details for the event.
