Soar Beyond has an established training network and platform designed for GP clinical pharmacists known as the i2i Network. The i2i Network is an “insight 2 implementation” network which comprises e-learning, live webinars and implementation resources in over 10 long term conditions and is completely FREE for any pharmacist with a GPHC number; we now have over 2500 members.
Although our programmes are bespoke for pharmacists in GP surgeries and as part of PCNs, we are now delighted to launch the first webinar which connects clinical and community pharmacists to improve patient care and we hope this will be the first of many more coming in 2022 in a cross-section of long term conditions.
The virtual workshop is being run on: Tuesday 28 September 2021 at 20:00 – 21:30.
