Discharge Medicine Service (DMS) Webinar

Hertfordshire Partnership foundation Trust (HPFT) are going live with DMS referrals from their service from the 6 June 2022, and we have organised a community Pharmacy engagement event which will detail about the referral process from HPFT and will be a good opportunity to recap on the DMS service.
