Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hertfordshire Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC)

4th July 2019 6.30pm for networking and refreshments. 7.30pm to 9.30pm

The AGM of Hertfordshire LPC will be held on Thursday 4 July 2019 at The Fielder Centre, Hatfield Business Park, AL10 9TP commencing at 6:30pm for refreshments and networking with a 7:30pm start. The notice has been sent out to all community pharmacies by email and in the post.

A copy of this year’s Annual Report is available to view on the LPC website which includes a set of LPC accounts for 2018/19.

A copy of the agenda for the evening and the booking details are available on the LPC website. The AGM is only a small part of the agenda and the rest of the agenda includes engaging speakers and great topics as outlined below:

  • Future of pharmacy: Simon Dukes, Chief Executive Officer PSNC
  • The importance of Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STP): Alison Gilbert, Director of Partnerships Transformation – STP
  • Primary Care Networks (PCNs) How it affects you: Michael Harrison, Executive Director Beds and Herts LMC and Helen Musson, Executive Officer, Herts LPC

For independent and AIMp contractors unable to attend the AGM on Thursday 4 July 2019, a postal voting form has been sent to independent and AIMp pharmacy contractors to accept the LPC accounts. Voting on the acceptance of the accounts will take place at the AGM meeting so independent and AIMp contractors in attendance can vote in person at the AGM.

Please note that for CCA company pharmacies your head office votes on your behalf about whether to accept the LPC accounts and you will not be entitled to vote on the acceptance of the accounts at the AGM meeting.
