Alcohol Intervention & Brief Advice (IBA) Service

Hertfordshire County Council Public Health Department has been running a pilot for the Alcohol Intervention & Brief Advice (IBA) service of which 25 pharmacies are signed up to which continues in 2016-17. If you choose to use the paper forms available above then the data from the forms need to be entered onto PharmOutcomes as soon as possible and should be no later than 10 days after the consultation date, in order to secure payment. Payment will only be paid on the basis of information entered into PharmOutcomes.
