An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) in Hertfordshire who is actively seeking a Services and Engagement Lead (covering 40 hours a week) at a competitive salary of £38,000 – £48,000. We are open to requests for flexible working as part of the application process and will consider alternative patterns of work, such as job-sharing and part-time work.

This is a key role within the LPC, due to the change in landscape, following the announcement of the new five year Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework. This role will focus on supporting community pharmacy’s development over the next year to create and meet new opportunities and responsibilities,

We require a well-motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic individual to be responsible for providing an excellent interface and engagement with external stakeholders whilst representing and demonstrating the value of community pharmacy across all sectors of the health and care economy. At the same time this individual would support the delivery of the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework, local NHS contracts and services from Hertfordshire pharmacy contractors whilst allowing the successful functioning of the LPC. The candidate will be responsible for a number of LPC work streams and will be expected to use their own initiative and be able to define their own workload.
