Free online Cervical Cancer Screening Training

January 15, 2019

Public Health England (PHE) have now restocked the printed resources including posters, wallet cards, dispensers and stickers. You can order the specific assets you need on the Campaign Resource Centre. If you have placed an order through them over the last couple of weeks they apologise for the delay in getting these to you and can confirm that deliveries for all outstanding orders will be made by the end of next week.

You are also encouraged to watch the video Dr Dawn Harper produced specifically for health care professionals highlighting the cervical screening campaign. As well as this, Professor Anne Mackie has written a blog post on an update for primary care on cervical screening campaign which may be of interest. Please also note from 01 April there will be additional social assets on the campaign resource centre, available to download.

If you have any visual examples of how you are using the resources and supporting the campaign locally, showcasing how they are seen in your local settings and if possible with the people promoting them you can upload your photos here on the campaign resource centre and you can also see how others have used the resources.

VirtualOutcomes are also making a 25p donation to Cancer Research UK for every course registration so please encourage your teams to access the system and watch the training. Here is a flyer and an easy guide so your teams know how to proceed.  In short, please visit the VirtualOutcomes website and enter your pharmacy F Code to see the course.
