Emergency Contraception Questionnaire

Emergency Contraception Questionnaire

November 20, 2018

Public Health Hertfordshire wants to better understand the contraception needs of women living in Hertfordshire. They have compiled an online questionnaire, the results of which They hope will provide a better insight into why women use Emergency Contraception and the quality of service provided.

The findings of this survey will help improve the information and support offered, especially when women accessed Emergency Contraception.  The target audience is women who live in Hertfordshire and have accessed Emergency Contraception in the last 12 months.

They are encouraging engagement with these women to promote the survey and its completion.  They have also provided some suggested text  to use on Facebook and Twitter.

The survey is confidential and does not ask for any names or personal information, and will take approximately 5 mins to complete. To access the survey please click on the link below:  https://surveys.hertfordshire.gov.uk/s/HCCsexualhealthsurvey2018/.

They intend to run the survey until end of December.
