CPPE’s mental health e-course returns

CPPE’s mental health e-course returns

January 7, 2019

The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) will be relaunching its interactive mental health e-course on Monday 7 January 2019. The course is a structured eight-week tutor-supported online learning programme and is designed to enable learners to feel more confident supporting people with mental illnesses. Each week will see a set of activities, which may involve reading learning materials, accessing websites and sharing experiences with each other in discussion forums, to help learners improve their knowledge of mental health illnesses and consider how they can support them in practice.

Mental illnesses covered in the e-course include:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Sleep disorders
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Schizophrenia
  • Dementia

Visit the CPPE website to view a weekly summary and to register on the course
