CPPE’s clinical medication review e-course returns

CPPE’s clinical medication review e-course returns

February 22, 2019

The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) has announced the start of a new cohort for the clinical medication review e-course, which will start on 4 March 2019.
The e-course, which runs for 12 weeks, will equip pharmacy professionals with the clinical knowledge needed to identify medicines issues and make clinical decisions based on key information and the patient’s ideas, concerns and expectations. The course will also provide the opportunity to discuss clinical dilemmas and shared decisions, such as deprescribing or initiating medicines, with peers in an online discussion forum.
Each week will focus on a key priority area for medicines optimisation, allowing learners to update their clinical knowledge. CPPE has also built in a number of reading weeks to accommodate busy working periods, such as Easter, and to allow learners to reflect on and consolidate the previous weeks’ learning.
Please visit the CPPE website to register on the course.
