Hertfordshire County Council, Public Health, is researching the need for a new Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service.

The ambition is to create a service that provides a tailored approach to individual residents’ needs to improve health and reduce avoidable disability. Your views to help design the new service are essential.

Hertfordshire Public Health Service has commissioned an experienced social research company: NWA Social and Market Research Limited, to carry out this survey.
