Bank Holiday Opening Intentions for Monday 25 May 2020

NHS England & NHS Improvement are hoping to revert to standard locally determined opening arrangements for the Spring Bank Holiday, on Monday 25 May 2020. Please note that there will be no payment and opening will be on a voluntary basis.

Please complete this short questionnaire detailing your intentions regarding opening on Monday 25 May 2020 so we can ascertain coverage across the East of England area. This form should be completed as soon as possible and ideally by midnight on Sunday 17 May 2020.
