CD Reporting

All pharmacies should have received a letter dated February 2016 from the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer that this Area Team is joining five other area teams in using a web based controlled drug reporting tool. Reporting of all incidents should be inputted onto the online monitoring tool www.cdreporting.co.uk.

To begin the process all reporters of controlled drug concerns incidents will need to register on the website www.cdreporting.co.uk.

CD Destruction

Requests to arrange for an authorised witness for the destruction of expired Schedule 2 controlled drugs should be inputted onto the online monitoring tool www.cdreporting.co.uk.
