This month’s edition has been split into two different newsletters:

  1. East and North Herts LPC news for those pharmacies in East and North Hertfordshire (North Herts, Upper Lea Valley, Lower Lea Valley, Stort Valley and Villages, Stevenage and Welwyn/Hatfield). This contains the above important information along with some additional information on how to support patients with diabetes.
  2. Herts Valleys LPC news for those pharmacies in Herts Valleys (Dacorum, Watford and Three Rivers, St Albans and Harpenden and Hertsmere). This contains the above important information along with some additional information on the West Hertfordshire Strategic Review “Your Care Your Future” and Pharmacy Medicines and Optimisation Team plans and guidance. There is also a request to consent to providing an email address to Herts Valleys CCG through the following survey so that they can keep you up to date with information directly.
